Once your order is placed and payment received, we will endeavour to pack it within the next two business days.
Orders will then be sent out to your nominated postal address.
If you select “Local Pick Up”, you won’t be charged shipping. Orders can then be collected from our farm near Alstonville. Email us after your order to arrange a time to pick up your order.

Australian macadamia oil is the key ingredient in all Avilla Farm products. As a beauty oil it has been refined, without the use of chemicals, to remove fatty acids, peroxides, colour, taste and aroma.
Avilla Farm natural key ingredients are sourced from Australian macadamia farmers and beekeepers.
With just one natural plant-based ingredient,
Avilla Farm Face + Body Oil is suitable for Vegans.
Avilla Farm products are NOT tested on animals.
Before using
Avilla Farm products, place a small amount on your skin to test for any irritations or allergies. Stop use immediately if any irritations occur and seek medical advice if needed.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We love our skin care range and hope you will too. If you have any concerns with our products you will have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below:
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
If you’ve used less than 25% of the product, we can offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 25% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Once we receive the returned goods we will exchange or refund the cost (depending on the condition /circumstances) within 7 business days.
