Refund policy

We ♥ our skin care range and hope you will too. If you have any concerns with our products you will have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below:
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
If you’ve used less than 25% of the product, we can offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 25% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Once we receive the returned goods we will exchange or refund the cost (depending on the condition /circumstances) within 7 business days.
